Dear parents and carers,
The online world can be a bit overwhelming at times, but it is important we understand what our children are doing online so we can help make them safer.
This is especially so over the winter months - shorter days and colder weather usually means more time spent inside, and for our children this usually means more time on their devices.
The Safer Schools App aims to help to teach staff, children and parents how to keep themselves - and others - safe online. The App is designed to support and protect children by educating and empowering them both at school and at home.
Through their log-in, your children get access to information that is relevant to them and through your login, you will receive tips and advice on how to keep them safer online.
The staff and children have been and will be revisiting the app at school, and an email will be sent out to parents before the end of term with instructions on how to set up the app.
